We work hard to ensure that 2care4 is an attractive place to work, for the company's existing staff as well as for prospective new employees. We have created the framework for a good workplace, with the focus on job satisfaction and a healthy and safe working environment for all. We have a training plan for every single employee which clearly shows how far they have progressed professionally within the company. To this end, 2care4 encourages its employees to seek out courses and training programmes designed to improve their skills within their own individual area.
Annual employee development interviews are held with all members of staff to discuss their level of satisfaction, as well as the direction in which they wish to develop based on their individual area of expertise.
In addition to the work-related aspects, we also try to make the company an attractive place to work in social terms, with a pleasant working environment.
Several events are arranged throughout the year, during the working day as well as after hours, in order to strengthen teamwork and the social network amongst members of staff.
